The Joint Administrators Simon Freakley, James Gleave, Gary Squires, Simon Wilson, Peter Holder, Gurpal Johal, Fraser Gray, & Alastair Beveridge act as agents of the Companies without personal liability.
This website is intended to provide (i) access to documents relevant to the Company Voluntary Arrangements ("CVAs") proposed by T&N Limited and various other companies in the FMUK Group, and (ii) information for asbestos creditors of the FMUK Group who have claims under the EL Scheme and/or the CVAs.
UPDATE: EL SCHEMEAt the meetings of creditors on 6 September 2006, creditors approved EL Schemes in respect of 34 companies.

At a hearing on 6 October 2006 the High Court sanctioned EL Schemes in respect of 34 Companies. The EL Schemes became effective on 10 October 2006 and this website has been updated to reflect this. Details of how to submit a claim are available by clicking on the link entitled Claim Forms.

UPDATE: CVAS APPROVED BY CREDITORS AND SHAREHOLDERSThe meetings of creditors and shareholders on 7 September 2006 approved all of the CVAs proposed by the Administrators. The CVA proposals applicable to T&N Limited and 48 of its associated and subsidiary companies. The UK Asbestos Trust Fund is to be established pursuant to these CVAs.
The CVA proposals applicable to F-M UK Holding Limited and Federal-Mogul Global Growth Limited.

The "CVA Documentation" link will also provide access to details of lists of creditors for each of the CVA companies and the amounts due to them.
Information for asbestos personal injury claimantsThis website is relevant to you if you are concerned you might have come into contact with asbestos as a result of:
working for the T&N Group in a factory or as a contractor;
having family members that did so;
having some other commercial relationship with the T&N Group;
